• Payment Gateway Terms: Your transactions are processed securely through Razorpay. You are additionally bound by Razorpay's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
• Authorization: You authorize us and Razorpay to charge the designated payment method for the total amount of the transaction.
• Failed Transactions: In the event of a payment failure or network issue, any deducted amount is typically refunded by Razorpay to the original source within 5-7 business days, per RBI guidelines.
• Refund Policy: Booking amounts and service fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific property agreement. Refund requests, if approved, will be processed strictly through the original Razorpay payment route.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You must not use our platform in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the platform or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bengali Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malda, West Bengal for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the platform.
